In 2005, the then Center for Creative Writing and Studies, through its founding Director, Prof. Ophelia Alcantara-Dimalanta, PhD, launched the “Brushes with Words and Chords”, an event of visual arts, poetry, music, and performance.
With the relaunching of the Center for Creative Writing and Literary Studies, the Brushes Project has expanded to include the Sciences. It will be an exhibit of 14 collaborations between creative writers and 12 Thomasian colleges. It will be an exhibit of multimedia installations, projections and performances on the theme of “Love”.
The event will run from February 11 to 15 at the UST Main Building Front Lobby.
