Modular Photography Workshop at the Ortigas Foundation Library

The Ortigas Foundation Library opens the Modular Photography Workshop scheduled this May 2013, 9 am to 5 pm at the Ortigas Foundation Library. Interested parties can attend all 3 modules or just pick 1 or 2. The workshop is open to anyone who wants to learn the fundamentals and principles of photography as a potential hobby or those contemplating photography as an alternative profession.

Module I focuses on camera fundamentals: basic camera operation and explanation of the parts of the camera to help and understand the different functions. Module II is an in-depth discussion of the technical aspect of photography, particularly getting the right exposure. Module III aims to understand the aesthetics of a good photograph and going for “what’s good in a picture.”

Dates:

Workshop 1: May 11, 18, and 26, 2013

Workshop 2: May 21, 22, and 23, 2013

Price is Php 2,500 for all 3 modules and Php 975 for any one module. Only those who attend all three modules will receive a certificate of completion.

Participants should bring any brand of DSLR camera, camera manual, and USB/Firewire/download cable.
