Museo Pambata (MP) unveils its activities for the month of August. Enjoy activities that will reintroduce you to Filipino culture, as well as the cultures of our neighboring countries.
From August 12 to 17, you can immerse in the various cultures and practices of our fellow South East Asian countries in “ASEAN Cultural Week.” It’s a week-long celebration of diversity and heritage as MP cooperates with the National Commission for Culture and the Arts. Kids can learn more about the ASEAN member countries through storytelling sessions, film viewings, games, workshops, arts and crafts activities, and much more. Contact the museum for schedules.
Celebrate the beauty of the Filipino language in a morning of musical fun. The Regalo del Cielo Children’s Choir brings well-loved Filipino songs in “Ang Musikahan sa Museo” (August 24, 10 AM).
You can also enjoy a folk dance performance (August 17, 10 AM) and an arts and crafts activity with the museum guides (August 18, 2 PM).
