Applications are open to both Thomasian and non-Thomasian writers. The twelve applicants accepted will receive fellowships covering tuition and a modest honorarium. They will be expected to stay for the duration of the workshop, which will be held in Ridgewood Residence, Baguio City on May 18-24, 2014.
A manuscript must consist of either two short stories, two works of creative nonfiction, or four poems. Manuscripts should be submitted in hard copy and on CD, preferably in MS Word format, together with an updated resume, a recommendation letter from a literary mentor, a certification that the works are original, and two 2×2 ID pictures.
